The Rights Management Licensing Framework outlines the conditions under which contributed resources and content will be managed on and through equity101. |

1.1 |
Contributed resources for public access and use |

|
The resources contributed to, or made available through equity101 will be made available under the Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-Share-Alike 2.5 Australia License (see below). The supplier warrants that the work is unencumbered by third party material or that they have the appropriate agreements to make it available under this license. |

The Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-Share-Alike license enables users of equity101 to share their work with others, adapt the work as long as attribution for its production is associated with it, the work is not used for commercial purposes, and that any derivative or adaptation is also made available under the same licensing conditions. |

The National Centre for Student Equity in Higher Education has processes in place to manage any infringements should they occur, including a Content Removal Policy. |

Social networking contributions |

Social networking contributions are covered by the Terms and Conditions of Use Policy agreed to by members of equity101 when they join. Users are also covered by the Code of Practice Policy. The default position for such contributions is the Creative Commons Attribution-Non-Commercial License (see http://creativecommons.org/about/license/ ). |

In addition, social networking contributors license the National Centre for Student Equity in Higher Education to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, sublicense, create derivative works from and incorporate in other works that material at any time in the future, in any form and for any purpose, and warrant that the contributor has the right to grant this licence. |

Private groups and shared resources |

Resources shared within private groups should comply with the provisions of copyright law. |
