Your access to, and use of the material, information or publications available through the Equity 101 website is conditional on your acceptance and compliance with the following terms and conditions:
(1) The National Centre for Student Equity in Higher Education, University of South Australia accepts no liability or responsibility for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered as a result of use of the Equity 101 website.
(2) Users contributing to the equity101 website are bound by Creative Commons Licensing arrangements.
(3) In relation to any material contributed by you:
(a) You grant the National Centre for Student Equity in Higher Education, University of South Australia a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fee-free, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, sublicense, create derivative works from and incorporate in other works that material at any time in the future, in any form and for any purpose;
(b) You warrant that you are, or will be at the relevant time, entitled to deal with the intellectual property rights in the material, including any embedded third party material;
(c) You warrant that the receipt of the material by the National Centre for Student Equity in Higher Education, University of South Australia is not illegal or defamatory and will not expose the National Centre for Student Equity in Higher Education, University of South Australia to any civil or criminal liability, including but not limited to a warranty that the material is not misleading or deceptive or likely to mislead or deceive;
(d) You indemnify the National Centre for Student Equity in Higher Education, University of South Australia for any breach of the warranties contained in 3(b) and 3(c) above.
(4) Use of the Equity 101 website is expected to be undertaken for educational, professional, personal and non-commercial purposes and in compliance with the Code of Practice.
(5) The National Centre for Student Equity in Higher Education, University of South Australia will remove from the Equity 101 website any contributions that do not conform to clause 4. See Content Removal.
(6) The National Centre for Student Equity in Higher Education, University of South Australia makes no representation that the material, information or publications made available through or on the Equity 101 website complies with the laws (including intellectual property laws) of any country outside Australia. Access to the Equity 101 website from outside Australia is the users responsibility and the user is responsible for ensuring compliance with all laws in the place where the Equity 101 website is accessed.
(7) The National Centre for Student Equity in Higher Education, University of South Australia may at any time without notice immediately terminate your use and access to the Equity 101 website. In the event of termination, the user is no longer authorised to use or access the equity101 website. All restrictions imposed on the user and all disclaimers and limitations of liability set out in the Terms and Conditions of Use, the Disclaimer, the Copyright Statement, the Privacy Statement and the Code of Practice survive the termination.
Your use of, and access to, the equity101 website constitutes your agreement to the Terms and Conditions of Use. The National Centre for Student Equity in Higher Education, University of South Australia reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you.
